There are times in life when we know something needs to change, yet despite our best efforts, we find ourselves repeating the same experiences — in relationships, parenting, health, work, or within ourselves.
Perhaps you carry a sadness you cannot explain. Perhaps you long for a deeper sense of belonging. Perhaps you feel responsible for everyone around you while neglecting your own needs. Or perhaps you simply feel called to understand yourself more deeply.
Family Constellations offer a gentle yet powerful way of exploring the unseen dynamics that may be influencing your life. Through this work, what has been hidden can be acknowledged with compassion, allowing new perspectives and possibilities to emerge.
In these online group sessions, you are welcome to participate in one of two ways.
Bring a question, challenge, recurring pattern, or longing that calls for deeper understanding. Together, we create a constellation that allows the deeper layers of your experience to unfold. What becomes visible often brings clarity, relief, and a renewed sense of direction.
You may also choose to take part as a representative within another person’s constellation. This role is often deeply moving. While offering your presence in support of another, you may discover unexpected insights, reflections, and healing that resonate within your own life.
Both roles hold value. Both invite connection, awareness, and transformation.
You are welcome to explore any area of life where you feel stuck, confused, or longing for change, including:
Each group welcomes up to three participants for their own constellation exploration, alongside 8–12 representatives.
Sessions take place online via Zoom and last up to three – four hours.
Taking the first step can feel vulnerable. Yet time and again, people discover that they do not have to carry everything alone.
You are warmly invited into this healing circle — a space of witnessing, compassion, and discovery, where honouring your own story can create ripples of healing that extend far beyond yourself.
