How we work

We meet on Zoom, one to one, in a space that is fully yours. You don’t need to arrive prepared or knowing exactly what to say. You arrive, and we begin from there.

I work with the principles of Family Constellations — following the field, listening to what the body holds, allowing what has been buried to surface with compassion and dignity.

What shifts in a session often cannot be fully described in words. People speak of a sense of relief they weren’t expecting.
